Just like a fine wine, a woman who cares for herself just gets more refined with time. Her confidence and grace adorns her before she even opens her mouth in wisdom. Her knowledge, experiences and good judgement create an ambiance of flair that is inviting and infectious. She has learned to listen to her body and respond to it accordingly. She’s beyond the cuteness of her 20s. She’s attractive and pretty-over 40 and fabulous! She’s in her 50s and flawless-in her 60s and sassy!
This month I encourage all women, regardless of age to channel your energies inward. What you present on the outside is directly linked to how you nurture and condition your mind and body on the inside. It affects how you feel and the rate at which the aging process progresses. It’s not age that makes you look old, it’s how you respect or disrespect your mind and body that does. If for example, you are angry and bitter, you will spew toxicity in your speech thereby making you unattractive, undesirable and even ugly to others. Mental dis-ease causes physical disease and will ultimately rob you of your natural aesthetic. You deserve better for yourself.
Treat yourself with kindness. Celebrate your body with good nutritional choices and keep moving it to keep it flexible. Feed your mind with positive thoughts. Control your thinking and eradicate negativity. Getting older can be a blessing. Liberate yourself to the beauty of age and accept it with honor and grace.
